Envoy Airlines Cadet Program is designed to financially assist graduates with reaching their ATP flight time requirements and placing them on a career track to becoming an American Airlines pilot. Once accepted into the Cadet Program, Envoy places you as a paid Flight Instructor with CSA to build your flight time, while offering you financial assistance and providing you with Envoy employee benefits, such as health care and airline employee travel. Through their seniority-based flow-through program, new hire pilots at Envoy are projected to flow from Envoy to American Airlines in just over five years with no additional interview required. This guarantees Envoy Cadets a job at a major airline! American Airlines has the highest-paid pilots operating the youngest fleet among the U.S. legacy carriers.
